Will Schroeder has been dedicated to education since 2011, initially teaching elementary and middle school health and physical education at Saipan Community School in Saipan. During his time there, he met his wife, Rachel. In 2016, Will moved to Hong Kong, where he spent two years teaching elementary school physical education before advancing to middle school and becoming the Head of Department.
William is also a committee member for the PHASE AP conference, the largest health and physical education conference in Asia, which takes place annually. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Northwestern College in Iowa.
