Phebe joined ICS in 2020 and oversees Admissions from Reception 1 to Grade 12. Her favorite part of this role is witnessing Christian education encourage students and their families to grow in their knowledge and love for God.
Her passion for education management ignited when she worked for the NBA in Beijing. She supported migrant communities, participated in redevelopment efforts after the 2008 Sichuan Earthquake, and saw firsthand how education gave many children a second chance at life. Subsequently, Phebe pursued an MBA with the intention of scaling up community impact. She worked for IBM and LinkedIn before joining HKUST and CUHK Business Schools.
Phebe has a BA in Translation from Baptist University, an MBA from HKUST, and completed a Master’s in Educational Counselling at EdUHK in 2023 to expand the depth and breadth of how she serves families. Together with her husband Chun-Man who is a PE teacher, they enjoy spending time with their two young children.
