Job Description
ICS currently invites applications for substitute teacher assistants on an irregular / on-call basis during term-time only.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside teachers by providing classroom support to students in one-on-one or small group settings.
- Assist in preparing teaching materials, displays and resources.
- Monitor students' behavioral performance, and safeguard students at times of arrival, dismissal, recess, playroom, washroom, etc.
- Supervise students in classroom during teacher's breaks.
- Cooperate with other faculty members and parents.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualification & Requirements
- High school graduate or above
- Fluent written and spoken English is preferred
- Prior experience with children is necessary
- Must be permanent residents or holders of valid Hong Kong work visa to work in Hong Kong
