IT Summer Intern (June 2019 to August 2019)

Job Description

The job holder is responsible to provide timely and helpful technical support, maintain the computer systems, install and configure hardware and software and solve technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely helpdesk support across the School for hardware, software, computer and office equipment installation and set-up to end-users.
  • Provide email and mobile device set-up and support.
  • Assist in hardware and software maintenance and network infrastructure stability.
  • Assist in IT asset inventory control and maintenance.


  • Certificate completed or in progress in any Computer Science courses or equivalent preferred.  High school graduate may be considered.
  • Hands-on experience in PC/laptop hardware installation and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Hands-on experience in software application installation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of both MS Windows and Mac OS X operating systems.
  • Self-motivated, good analytical skill to study problems and identify solutions.
  • Immediate availability is preferable.
