Assistant Human Resources Officer

Job Purpose

You will be joining a community of Christian professionals who will welcome your skills and knowledge of human resources management and development, with a can-do mindset to contribute to the school’s organizational success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the full spectrum of HR functions with significant attention to talent acquisition, training & development, and employee relations
  • Administer employees’ benefit programs
  • Act as an assistant to the Head of Human Resources
  • Provide support in general HR administrative duties
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • A bachelor degree in business administration, human resources, psychology or related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ relevant working experience. Prior exposure to the education sector will be an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Familiar with MS applications (Word/Excel/Powerpoint)
  • Proactive, creative, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated and strong initiative to learn
