Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose

You will be joining a community of Christian professionals who will welcome your self initiative and strong sense of customer service to provide clerical and administrative support to the Facilities Management Office on Shek Mun Campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support such as handling incoming phone call, enquiry, mail, facsimile, courier and distribute to on-/off-campus recipients and end-users. 
  • Prepare periodic and special reports related to the department and sought services
  • Monitor the process of requisitions, invoices and expense reports.
  • Maintain an effective filing system and records of inventory and resources
  • Organize and manage facilities booking/rental systems and settings with service providers

Requirements

  • High school/ DSE graduated or above with 2 years’ relevant working experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Pleasant personality, people-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Hardworking, reliable, self-disciplined and punctual.
  • A good communicator with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in IT literacy including email systems, MS Office and basic google apps. 
  • Confident and independent, with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
