Assistant Administrative Officer (Facilities Management)

Job Purpose

You will be joining a community of Christian professionals who will welcome your high administrative standard and quality of the Facilities Management Office.  Reporting to the Senior Facilities Officer, you will also be responsible for the implementation and follow up of facilities related works in relation to departmental or schoolwide enhancement of facilities services on campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support such as handling incoming phone call, enquiry, mail, facsimile, data input, licence renewal, courier and distribute to on-/off-campus recipients and end-users. 
  • Communicate and work with all departments and external vendors for venue booking and rental
  • Responsible for purchasing and managing office supplies, and managing storeroom and inventory.

Qualification & Experience

  • High school / DSE graduated or above with 2 years’ relevant working experience preferred.  Experience gained in educational institutions will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in IT literacy including email systems, MS Office and basic google apps. Knowledge in other software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
  • Confident and independent, with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work outdoors as and when required.
