ICS seeks outstanding Christian educators and staff who share the school's vision of providing high-quality, love-based education to English-speaking children in Hong Kong.

  • For teaching positions, ICS accepts applications from qualified individuals who will contribute to a vibrant educational environment. Candidates should have at least two years of teaching experience, certification and be willing to sign a two-year contract. A willingness to participate in the co-curricular program and stimulating professional environment is essential. Interns with a Bachelor's degree but no certification are occasionally hired on a limited basis.
  • For non-teaching positions, ICS accepts applications for qualified candidates who feel called to use their gifts to serve as part of this growing Christian school.

Professional Development

ICS teachers are the core of the school's vibrant, growth-oriented, professional environment. In order to provide our faculty with professional growth opportunities, the school invites recognized leaders in a targeted area of growth to offer a professional development workshop at the beginning of each school year. ICS is committed to the professional development of all staff.

Each member of the faculty and non-teaching staff are also provided with an annual professional development allowance. The professional development committee works with the administrative team to set professional development goals for the school as a whole and for each teaching faculty. ICS considers professional development an ongoing process and an integral part of a teacher's professional duties.
