ICS seeks outstanding Christian educators and staff who share the school's vision of providing high-quality, love-based education to English-speaking children in Hong Kong. Professional Development ICS teachers are the core of the school's vibrant, growth-oriented, professional environment. In order to provide our faculty with professional growth opportunities, the school invites recognized leaders in a targeted area of growth to offer a professional development workshop at the beginning of each school year. ICS is committed to the professional development of all staff. Each member of the faculty and non-teaching staff are also provided with an annual professional development allowance. The professional development committee works with the administrative team to set professional development goals for the school as a whole and for each teaching faculty. ICS considers professional development an ongoing process and an integral part of a teacher's professional duties.
