Welcome to the ICS Summer Program!

The ICS Summer Program is coordinated by the Community Service Office and runs annually during the month of July.  This program is designed to serve students from ICS and the greater Hong Kong community. 

Courses offered are generally divided into three main categories:

• Academics
• Sports

Course offerings vary according to the three program levels:

• Kindergarten (Ages 3 & 4)
• Elementary (Ages 5-10)
• Secondary (Ages 11+)

Within each of the categories, the curriculum is modified to make specific subjects appropriate to students' age levels.  The academic program for secondary students varies greatly from the one offered for Kindergarten students.  The diversity of options available increases the school's ability to provide a valuable and impacting experience for students. 

Academic and sports programs are offered as 2 week courses, and there are two sessions offered during July, so students can have the option of participating in more than one session. 

A primary goal of the Summer Program is to provide learning instruction in English that is engaging and interesting to students.  All courses are taught in English by experienced teachers and many ICS alumni also serve as teaching assistants.
