ICS teachers are the core of the school's vibrant, growth-oriented, professional environment. In order to provide our faculty with professional growth opportunities, the school invites recognized leaders in a targeted area of growth to offer a professional development workshop at the beginning of each school year. Each employee is also provided with an annual professional development allowance. The professional development committee works with the administrative team to set professional development goals for the school as a whole and for each teaching faculty. ICS considers professional development an ongoing process and an integral part of a teacher's professional duties.
