ICS has established the three methods detailed below to support families with proven financial needs. Parents are advised to submit applications and supporting documentation as soon as possible. ICS has established a Financial Assistance Scheme to support families with proven financial needs. Parents who wish to apply for financial aid must submit a Financial Aid Application Form and required documents no later than April 15, 2012. Financial Aid Application Form 2011 - 2012 Financial Aid Application Form 2012 - 2013 Family Discount Family discount is a tuition discount offered to families with three or more children enrolled at ICS. Family discount is applied first to the eldest child and then in descending order. No family discount is applied to the first or second child’s tuition fees. The third child’s tuition fees are discounted 10%, the fourth child’s tuition fees are discounted 15%, and the discount for any additional children increases in 5% increments. Family Discount Application Form 2011 - 2012 Family Discount Application Form 2012 - 2013 Debenture Relief Qualified households are eligible for a discounted debenture. Families with a proven financial need, who qualify for a discounted debenture, must submit an application for debenture relief. The amount of debenture relief is based on a pre-determined matrix and is solely need-based. All debenture relief applications are handled in strict confidence, with each being independently approved by the Finance Committee of the Board of Trustees. |
