Welcome to the International Christian School Parent Association!

The ICS Parent Association works to promote parents interests and support the school in the education of our children. Each school section has a Campus Representative who meets monthly with the campus principal to maintain on-going communication, help with school events, and discuss issues relating to parents and children. Open forums for parents are also organized where relevant topics of importance are presented and discussed.

Become an active part of your children's schooling by joining the ICS PA. We welcome your input, suggestions, questions and support, in helping teachers, staff and students aspire to God's best.

Goals

1. Facilitate better communication between parents, the Board of Trustees, School Supervisor and Administration.
2. Promote parental participation in the future direction and development of the school.
3. Promote academic, spiritual and social development of our student body.
4. Support and encourage teachers as they carry out their work and to promote their personal welfare.
5. Give constructive feedback to the Administration and Board. 

Mission 

The mission of the PA is to assist ICS in carrying out its mandate to educate our children. 

Philosophy

In the belief that parents have a God given responsibility to oversee the education of their children, ICS formed the ICS Parent Association. The key focus of the association is parental involvement in order to strengthen the school and its programs. We aspire to help teachers, staff, and the administration do their work efficiently and to help students learn effectively.  

The Foundation Has Been Laid

Parents lay a solid foundation of faith and works at ICS.  Incredibly supportive parents have been a wonderful blessing to ICS. The Parent Association has been working hard behind the scenes with the Advancement Office, doing their part in God's work at ICS. They were the masterminds behind the "Leap of Faith" Sky Jump in Macau, they have sponsored tables for fundraising dinners, held at least one Parent Forum per semester to keep everyone caught up on the latest developments, and have recruited scores of volunteers who have contributed countless hours to stuffing envelopes, counting money, and helping out where help is needed. 

“For 6 years on the ICS prayer team, we have seen the mission of ICS exemplified by all the teachers and staff.  It is a blessing to work closely with them as part of God's great work. We have come to understand that when we pray, we must do so with confidence because God has taught us over the years that He will always provide for our needs.  This is the faith that we have used to fight our enemies and overcome obstacles. ICS is a school not only built on bricks, but on love, unity, faith and prayer.”
